For anyone that wasn't at SIGGRAPH,
there was some unbelievable animation,
using Tarna software. The models, which
were some of the best human 3D characters
I've seen... were textured by FLESH...
in which you paint, in Photoshop style, directly
on the 3D models.. bumps, specularity, textures,
etc.
Hopefully, someone will be releasing
software like this for LightWave.
